Send in your action to be barreled if your action is not Pre-Fit compatible or you prefer to have it professionally installed.
Barrels are inspected for bore uniformity and reverse taper prior to turning, threading and reaming.
The bore is indicated to within .0001” at the transition of the throat to the lands and grooves with direct contact of a dial test indicator. Run out is checked multiple times during reaming before cutting to final depth.
The throat is polished to reduce initial fouling during break in. The chamber is polished and inspected with a bore scope.
